STINSON MELLOR WARRANTY AND RETURNS

Stinson Mellor does NOT independently warrant any heads, shafts or other equipment that were manufactured by a third party including, but not limited to, Brine, Warrior, STX, Jimalax etc.   Stinson Mellor will not be responsible to replace or refund the price of any of these items should they break in some way.  If any of these type of components fail, you may be able to have the part replaced by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer directly.  If you need any information such as manufacturer's web address, purchase date, purchase price or specific model purchased in order to file a warranty claim, feel free to contact us and Stinson Mellor will provide to you all the information we have with regard to your purchase.  We will not provide any of this information to any third party.  Alternatively, you can log into your account through our website (StinsonMellorLacrossse.com) or into eBay (for eBay purchases obviously) and pull your purchase history and proof of purchase.

Every head strung by Stinson Mellor is done by hand and is done as a custom “one of a kind” stringing job.  If you have ordered a custom stringing and/or pocket configuration and are dissatisfied with the product upon receipt, Stinson Mellor will accept return and will provide a full refund assuming the entire product (head, shaft, pocket etc.) has not been used or modified in any way.

Stinson Mellor Sports, Inc. will warrant only the work that Stinson Mellor has performed.  In other words, Stinson Mellor will warrant the stringing, workmanship and the stringing materials used.  This warranty extends for ONLY FOR 30 DAYS after purchase and will only be applicable after a determination of normal wear and tear usage.  If you, or another ‘stringer’, make any modifications to the pocket, no warranty shall apply.

Returns  If you need to make a return, please go to our website at www.StinsonMellorLacrosse.com and log into your account.  Once logged in, go to the Complete Orders section.  In the Completed Orders section you will see all of the items you have purchased from Stinson Mellor.  To the right of each order you will see the Return Item(s) link.  Click on this link and you will be asked to identify the item(s) to be returned and the reason for return.  Please complete these fields and hit Submit Return Request.  At this point, we will be notified of your request and we will send our reply with return instructions.  If you are having problems filling out the return form, please feel free to call Stinson Mellor.

If your item(s) has been purchased through eBay, please log into your eBay account, go to your purchased items menu and follow the return instructions provided by eBay.  Again, if you have any questions, feel free to contact Stinson Mellor.
